Mamec pumps are equipped with electric motors according to IEC standards. We also supply pumps with Ex(e) or Ex(d) protected motors if needed. Each pump sent to our customers has undergone a thorough inspection and test run.

Shredding slurry pumps offer power and stable performance even in challenging conditions. Their reliable shredder construction ensures efficient pumping of thick and problematic sediment.
- Stainless steel can also be selected as a material.
- Can be equipped with a mixing valve, so the pump can mix as well as pump.
- Valve control selected via hand lever, manual screw, linear servo actuator, or hydraulic cylinder.

Applications
In the wood processing, food and chemical industries, municipal wastewater treatment plants, pulps, wastewater, plastic, rubber, textiles and waste leather, thick sediments, process side streams.

Our wide passing vortex pumps ensure reliable sewage, sediment and wastewater pumping, and can withstand heavy use. Their impeller creates a powerful vortex, which efficiently pulls the material in through the inlet.

- Immersion depth up to 6 meters.
Applications
Wastewater and sewage, industrial liquids and sediments, and challenging liquids containing solid particles. Processes in which the solid material in the liquid does not need to be shredded and ground.

Dry-mounted, wide-passing vortex pumps are suited for sewage, sediment and wastewater pumping, as well as for pumping challenging masses and sand. These are installed between piping or, for example, at the bottom of a tank, and the vortex created by the impeller pulls the material in through the inlet.

Applications
Wastewater and sewage, industrial sediments, liquids and sand-water mixtures containing large particles. Processes in which solids in liquids don’t necessarily need to be ripped up and ground.

HJTL pumps are designed to ensure successful pumping in particularly difficult conditions. These special pumps have no bearings or seals under the mounting plate. All parts in contact with fluid are made of acid-resistant steel, and the surface is pickled.
- Also available in special acid-resistant steel.
- Single-stage, long-bodied submersible pumps.
- Only a seal support ring as a liquid sealant, so there is no risk of oil leaking into the material.
Applications
Groundwater, paints, adhesives, solvents, cold and hot acids or bases, cutting and cooling liquids for machine tools, surface treatment liquids and glazes. Processes in which oil must not be mixed with the pumped liquid.

Fixed-mounted HVVU wastewater pumps are suited for the treatment of both wastewater and groundwater. They can be also used for pumping many chemical liquids, like ferrous sulphate. We also offer portable HVVS wastewater pumps suitable for emptying boats, column pits, and oil tanks.
- Easy maintenance is also a strength: the bearing cartridge with impeller and other parts are easy to replace.
- All steel parts in contact with liquid are made of acid-resistant steel.
Applications
HVVU: waste and groundwater, gray water, chemical liquids.
HVVS: gray water, swamps, boats, column pits and
emptying oil tanks, many chemical liquids.

High-powered PP pumps enable the transfer of large volumes of water, and are also suitable for drainage of agricultural land, flood water drainage, and fish farms. These durable pumps can be used during peak flood season for 24 hours a day without issue.

- The structure prevents water plant and debris blockages, and its shaft structure is freeze-proof.
- All pump parts are easily replaceable. Stainless steel can also be selected as a material.
Applications
Floodwater and groundwater removal from worksites, agricultural drainage, fish farms, peat bogs.

Our shredding, hydraulic dredging, pit and slurry pumps are designed for pumping thick and problematic sediments in demanding and variable conditions.
The strengths of LL pumps include efficient shredder construction, a long service life and the ability to withstand severe continuous stress, which is further enhanced with a rubber lining and coatings.
- Carefully selected, long-lasting materials. The pump volute is molded or acid-resistant steel.
- All parts are easily replaceable.
Applications
Mass and wastewater pumps in the wood processing, food and chemical industry, municipal sewage treatment plants, seashores, plastic, rubber, textiles, leather and other waste, machine cutting fluids, flood and oil spill response.
Our shredding LL slurry pumps offer strong and stable performance for pumping agricultural slurries – even under demanding conditions. The pumps are designed to bear long-lasting and constant usage, which ensures reliable performance and a long lifespan.
- Rubber lining and coatings increase wear resistance.
- Oil lubrication – rapeseed oil may be used in environmentally sensitive areas.
- If necessary, the toothring can be quickly changed to a smooth ring.
- All parts are easily replaceable.
Applications
Agricultural slurry and sludge pumping.
Ratko pumps solve the most demanding water-related problems, even in the harsh freezing conditions of the North. Ratko pumps come equipped with a weather-protected electric motor, located on the well deck. The pump section is installed underwater. Ratko submersible pumps are immersed in open wells and boreholes with a support wire.
- Freeze-proof, noiseless and efficient suction power without the need for separate pump rooms or priming.
- The freeze-proof water supply system is also fit for applications where a plastic pipe cannot be excavated.
- Impeller shafts built with stainless steel, the shaft between the motor and housing in special steel with a galvanized protective tube.
Applications
Wells, open wells and boreholes.
The light dredger makes cleaning liquefied beaches smooth and efficient. It makes it easy to pump away mud and plant waste. The light dredger’s technology is based on a slurry pump we developed back in the 1960s.
- The dredger’s shaft length is 2.5 meters, dredging depth about 2 meters.
- We also manufacture light dredgers in custom lengths to order.
